Focus on succeeding at school, not worrying about where you'll live. Book a viewing at your potential rental unit. We will take you through the unit over a Zoom video call with your Landlord for 45m. Ask your landlord questions live so you can make sure you're renting something that meets your needs. Our staff will also complete a Rental Dwelling Checklist, Fire Safety Checklist, and HIS Rental Report to help you make sure your unit is up to your standards. ONLY book once you've secured a time of viewing with the Landlord of your prospective unit. Pay $39 as a deposit before the viewing, and $60 when we arrive at the unit.
